Registering an Action Plan Activity

1. On the Tracker Capture Interface, click on the drop-down icon on the Tracker Capture
Dropdown List.
2. Locate and select Programmes & Projects Register (P&P) amongst the lists.
3. Select Register.

4. Enter the required information
5. You can independently enter the Latitude and Longitude of the site or Select the maps
icon to visually set the coordinates of your site.
