Selecting the desired project from the list will open a tracker dashboard that displays the following widgets.

  1. Enrolment: Specifies the ownership of the DPAT Activity. User can also fully complete or deactivate the project and can also delete the entire project.
  2. Feedback: Lists the responses to the progress of the project.

 

  1. Profile: Provides a summary report about the registered project. This is where you can Edit and update the current profile information of the project.
  2. Timeline Data Entry: Provides a field to enter an updated information about the progress of the project. This is used for tracking purposes.
  3. Relationship: Links separate items from different categories (e.g., Linking projects to activities).
  4.         Relationship – Linking Activities with Projects

    1. Ensure that you are on the Tracker dashboard[1]
    2. On the Relationship widget, Select Add. This opens the Add Relationship dialogue box
    3. Click on the dropdown and select Project – Relate – Activity Plan
    4. You can Search for the Project using the search fields. Then you select the search icon. From there select item from the list of search results to establish the relationship
    5. Click on Register to register a Project. From there you can click on save to establish the relationship.
